Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content tailored to different social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Assist with the creation of social media content calendars and scheduling posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize strategies and campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a positive online presence
• Support the development of influencer marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Digital Marketing Certification from a recognized institution
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original and visually appealing content
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
